Minute Rice2 3/4 c. milk1/3 c. sugar1 tbsp. butter1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. vanilla1/4 tsp. nutmegCinnamon1/2 c. raisinsCombine Minute Rice, milk and raisins, sugar, butter, salt, vanilla and nutmeg in a buttered 1 quart baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring after 15 minutes and again when pudding is done. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve warm or chilled. Pudding thickens as it stands.
