CCIntrigue...aka Gwen 547
Would love to see a low carb Disney recipe! There's no way to convert this ... too much natural sugar in the pineapple.
Brent... Just Brent 83
I'm fairly certain the real Dole Whip has no sugar or dairy in it.
BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
If you read the ingredients, an actual Dole Whip has nothing resembling food in it. :rofl2: Definitely no dairy. Not sure about any added sugar but as Gwen said, the pineapple juice alone has plenty of natural sugar. With summer coming, I'd say this is worth a try! Just one thing... they left out the RUM. Travisma 1,317
We just got a Yonanas frozen desert maker and tried a Dole Whip recipe we saw on line. All you do is add semi softened pineapple chunks to the Yonanas and out comes soft serve pineapple sorbet. For the first try it was pretty decent. I think next time I'll let the pineapple chunks soften a little more and make it smoother. You can mix in cool whip to the sorbet to make it creamier if you want.
