I need to get copies of the ones he took on the night the kids and I went to get picks with minnie and Daisy. He got some awesome pics of Astro Orbitor and Dumbo. Your IH takes awesome photos! Nicki aka Rebelstand 272 Posted July 12, 2013 Author Report Share Posted July 12, 2013 Day 9- The Missing Photo Day - A Big Fail I do know that sometime during the first week of the trip we discovered that between WWW and this trip I had lost the charger to the waterproof camera. Since I am, so it appears, using my phone to take pictures through a ziplock baggie, perhaps that explains the lack of photos- Time to Move some People- What could follow this is a flurry of Buzz Lightyear scores, but I won't bore you. I will post this one as the highest on the day- (IS's score) Then apparently we went to Epcot as this picture would indicate. Nicki aka Rebelstand 272 Posted July 13, 2013 Author Report Share Posted July 13, 2013 Day #10 - Still Lacking Pictures But Not Fiendless Or TSM Today was the day of Toy Story Mania. We really hadn't ridden TSM much because even my kids don't want to wait more than 35 minutes. At this point, Shawn has gone back to work. Don't feel too sorry for him, he is working from the Fort. So I grabbed the kids and headed to DHS with the goal of riding TSM, Backlot Tour (the things we do for our kids), Great Movie Ride... and eating lunch at Pizza Planet (allergy boy). We did the walk to get to TSM. Since we were of the minority that had the RFID passes we were a bit ahead of the rest. I stopped long enough to get three FPs before waiting the 35 minutes in the Standby Line-I kicked player two's rear end- We may have gone done the Back Lot Tour and GMR but soon enough it was time for this- Once again player two just SMB. When we got out of TSM, I check the FP situation and noticed that we could get new FP for 6:15. I grabbed some for the kids and Shawn to use later that night. I have no idea what happened during the afternoon but we probably just headed back to the Fort and chilled for a bit. At some time, I got a text from Tj wanting to know what we were doing that night. I told him we were starting out at DHS and he was game so we meet him there. 4:33 finds us here - The wait must have been short because I actually rode with TJ. I have to admit that me and RRC had been having an argument for the entire vacation. I was having a hard time getting my overhead restraints to come down and snap in tight enough. This problem actually dates back to WWW. It was leaving me between an inch and about 3 depending on the ride. This makes the ride real interesting, one being so memorable that I had to use my legs to make me feel like I wasn't gonna fall out. Tj solved the problem by barely pushing down on the bar with his elbow and I was snug as a bug in a rug. Didn't we ride this twice TJ? Then we meandered over for what must have been the funniest ride on ToT ever. TJ had me in stitches after he managed to stop himself from floating halfway up beside me. I could feel him sliding up and then back down. I think that is why he is holding on in the picture- At some point that night we rerode TSM again because hey.. why not- Then we had the great race. What was quicker to TTC, bus or car?I don't remember who won though. We rode buzz a few times. Several people though, not me, managed to max out their scores. We then headed back to the New Fantasyland Area- After this we took a train ride to Adventureland and meandered over to PoC. TJ decided to race us down the to the ship using the other line. He went left, we went right. He won by a already loading boat. So he was in front of us and then we got stuck. For probably about 20 minutes on PoC and we even went backward once, maybe twice.
