It seems to me that this job would require the ability to speak English, which leaves out a significant number of Disney employees who might want to advance within the company. Not very politically correct, if you ask me. I think Disney should rework this program and allow their Spanish speaking employees have the opportunity to travel and work in China. This would also so confuse the Chinese that they would no longer be an economic or militaristic threat to the US.
