Reportedly the studio has been underperforming and has struggled in recent years to produce a hit. I guess that means no more updates to Angry Birds Star Wars! Link to post Share on other sites
AC in A2......Aaron 693 Posted April 7, 2013 Report Share Posted April 7, 2013 Disney is just going to license the franchise to other video game developers.....instead of keeping it in house.I believe the angry birds game was made by another developer who licensed the characters from lucasarts. Hand drawn animation has been almost non-existent for a long time at Disney, as well as the people that didn't make the transition to computer animation.Even some of the new Disney stuff that looks hand drawn is done using a computer.
