BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
From Chip and Company... There’s no better way to celebrate your mom than to spend Mother’s Day at Disney World with her! The Swan and Dolphin Hotel at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida will even be hosting a special Mother’s Day celebration. There will be a brunch at Garden Grove, the hotel’s character-dining restaurant on Sunday, May 12, 2013 from 11:30 am to 2:00 p.m. All of the mothers in attendance will receive a complimentary mimosa from the hotel to enjoy with their meal. The entire family will be able to enjoy the meal though by visiting with characters throughout their meal in the restaurant’s park-like atmosphere. The restaurant will feature a unique menu for the event with dishes including a create-your-own eggs benedict station, salads, soups, and a buffet featuring seared branzino (fish), wild mushroom ravioli, honey-baked petite chicken and more. The Swan and Dolphin Hotel also features the luxurious, Balinese-themed Mandara Spa, five pools, a beach, Westin Heavenly Beds and much more to help mom enjoy her special day! There are also great gifts you can purchase for Mother’s Day at Disney World. You can read a full list here. Reservations can be made by calling 407-934-1618 or visiting www.swandolphin.com. The cost of the brunch is $35.99 for adults, $19.99 for children (ages 3 – 9), and free for children under three. Tax and gratuity is not included in this price and an 18% gratuity will be added to all checks. The hotel will not accept any discounts, promotions or coupons for this event. http://www.chipandco.com/celebrate-mothers-day-disney-world-103727/
mouseketab.....Carol 1,261
We've had a couple of dinners at Garden Grove. They have a different menu each night, (Italian night, I know, and some other styles other nights). The brunch cost is about the same as their dinner buffet price. The food is pretty good, and easy to get an ADR there. For normal meals, they do take TiW. FYI - The Swan and Dolphin, DO NOT take Disney Resort IDs, so bring your regular CC along.
