JCJRSmith 6 Posted March 31, 2013 Report Share Posted March 31, 2013 My wife made this for the Saturday night potluck last evening for the Gettysburg Grand Gathering, and folks were raving about it so I promised to post the recipe: 2 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed2 lb ground beef, browned and drained1 15-oz can corn, undrained2 15-oz cans black beans, undrained1 14-oz can DelMonte Chili-style tomatoes1 can Ro*tel tomatoes1 pkg dry taco seasoning Combine all ingredients in a a crock pot.
