Well, I'd probably need somewhere to sit for a bit after all that booze. For me the reserved seating for Illuminations is worth something too - especially if it's busy. We did the dessert party during F&W 2 years ago and that was one of the perks. I'd definitely do that one again and if we were there now, I think we'd probably do this.
