These make a lot more sense now. I didn't believe the large square areas shown on these plans would just be restrooms, but that is all they are. The big one is the ladies' room, the smaller one is the men's. It looks like there are a few small backstage rooms, but there is no place for an inside meet and greet. If there ever is going to be a meet and greet here, it would just be Rapunzel standing outside over by the tower:TCD I don't want to mess with your foreshadowing, but these might help you see what's going on back there and may help tell your story: I don't think I posted these before. It was busy in there so I had to be careful. Some guys get the wrong idea of another dude taking pictures in a men's room. So, we will be quick. These posters decorated the wall on the way in: Lots of frying pans over the sink: Some cute themed signs: That's it. That's all I have from the men's room. You'll have to use your imagination for what else is in there. It's your basic men's room. The twins said there are a lot of Rapunzel touches in the ladies' room. Like some of her art supplies, and painting on the ceiling. That kind of thing. They had a cute sign on the castmember door between the men's and ladies' rooms: I had to wait a couple of minutes for the girls, so I sat on a low rock wall right outside of the restrooms. This is the view looking toward the Haunted Mansion and Yankee Trader from there: And this is the view looking toward the area with the charging stations. If you look carefully, you can see the lady taking a nap on the table: This is the ladies' room entrance: The girls came out, and we headed back out via the new walkway. There was some detail here that we had missed on the way in. Like Maximus' hoof prints on the ground: You know how they have peanuts in the ground over in Story Book Circus? And seashells and such in the new Little Mermaid queue? And corn cobs and such in the Enchanted Tales with Belle queue? You know Walt Disney was a big believer in repeating the same trick over and over, right? Well, over here they put some apple cores in the ground: This is a side view of the stuff above the Men's room entrance: Some more details in the pavement: A couple more shots of the tower, since it was our first time: There's a new waterfall over in New Fantasyland. I guess they thought they should put one here too. They actually did a good job on it. There's fake moss on there and everything. Say what you want, but you can't deny that Disney is good at making fake rocks: This is my last tower photo. I promise: So, we saw the new Rapuzel tower. Now what? Dinner, that's what. Yes, we came to the MK, saw some bathrooms and left. That's how we roll. The castle show was going on, and it wasn't busy: It was really too bad that we had to leave, because it wasn't that crowded this afternoon. And, there were EMH's at the MK that night. I'll bet it wasn't that crowded. Certainly not the way it's going to be for the next couple of weeks with the Easter crowds. The Roy bench isn't where it's supposed to be: There must be some reason that it's over here, instead of in its usual place by the flag pole, but I don't know why. Something must be up. We headed on out of the MK after this. And to the boat dock for the Fort. Yes, we are heading there. I'll pick it up from there in the next update. We sold that house and as luck would have it ..... the buyers liked beets. Thanks for the tour of the men's room. Disney knows how to theme a potty!!! I love all the colors. Unfortunately no trip for me this Spring so I have to experience it through trip reports. Although older son is going with his 8th grade in May. I can barely stand that he's going to see the new Fantasyland before me. I'll have to tell him to check out the men's room. Love the Monsters topiary in particular. Can't wait for the new movie.
