libba 0 Posted February 19, 2013 Report Share Posted February 19, 2013 New camper means camping for spring break this year! We bought a Jayfeather 29N Ultralite. So excited as this is our second camper and first with a slide! Wow what a difference it makes. So we are headed to Stone Mountain for a few days to start Spring Break and then down to FDR State Park for a few days ( haven't been to Callaway Gardens since I was a kid). Then ending up in our fav campground in Alabama Desoto Sate Park in Mentone. A week in the camper which will be the longest trip so far with our FW trip which was 5 days.We've camped at Stone Mountain in a tent several times but never in a camper. New camper performed well although DH not happy with how it pulled - some issues with getting it level. Kinda hard to tell as it was EXTREMELY windy on all three transfers.
