Upon graduating in 1991, he decided to pursue his passion full time and became a student with the Disney Culinary Apprenticeship Program at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, FL. After cooking in multiple kitchens, the opportunity arose for Daniel to enter into the distribution side of the foodservice industry with FreshPoint of Central Florida. Starting off as a customer service representative, Daniel is now the Director of Culinary Development and is tasked with finding and working with local farmers and chefs, bringing products and ideas to the end user.The Wave… of American Flavors welcomes Marilyn Vogel as the wine representative. She began her wine career in 1987 with Premier Beverage Company where she held various positions of increased responsibility. With her passion for wine, she became the North Florida Wine Manager before going on to the next level. Marilyn is the Director of National Accounts On-Premise for one the leading import wine companies here in the United States, Banfi Vintners. Along with her team she manages all on premise corporate account across the country.
