We checked into the Coach Lift as well as some other options. The Coach Lift was a bit out of our budget, so we went with a Burr Handy Lift. It was about half the cost and I think it will do the job for us. We will still have to lift the girls out of their chairs, but will be able to just step onto the lift with each one and it will lift us up into the trailer. It will save us climbing the stairs holding a 13 year old! And our boys will be able to get themselves on it and operate it as well. So we are hoping it works well for us. It is being installed tomorrow and we are three weeks from our trip to the Fort. Everyone is super excited!

Great news for you, Angela.  Ours worked well for our summer trip to Dollywood.  We discovered a couple of problems with our awning on the trip. It was installed so high on the sidewall as to be nearly flat. which does not allow for much water drainage.  It does have a mechanism for drooping the rear corner a little if the rain is not too hard, so we had to put the awning in every time we left the MH for very long.  In good weather we were able to leave the wheelchairs under the awning, but we carried a tarp to protect them in bad weather when we had to close the awning.  On our previous MH we used four Awnbrella ribs to arch the awning, but this one is too high so the arch would be above the roof.  but we will live with it and enjoy our MH.
