DaveInTN 3,247
Cool! We must have been some of the last guests at the old place last week. We had some food that was very good...so I will look forward to the new offerings.
BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
Yay!! Looks terrific and it will be nice just to have it not be so teeny tiny anymore. There's definitely some disparities in that menu though. A ham and cheese croissant is a (relative) bargain at $4.75, but then a (probably quite small) glass of champagne is over 12 bucks! However most noteworthy...Ficelle Au Lardyes folks, "Lard" = Bacon
DaveInTN 3,247
A string of bacon?
BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
Oh those French and their funny idioms!

BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
More good news! WDW Magic reports that the new bakery will be opening at 9am, instead of 11am like the rest of World Showcase, making it a great option for breakfast at Epcot...http://www.wdwmagic.com/dining/boulangerie-patisserie/news/11jan2013-france-bakery-%27les-halles-boulangerie-pattiserie%27-now-serves-breakfast-with-early-opening.htm
alexwyattmommy 181
So this means I can tell the CM I want breakfast in Paris and they will let us in earlier?
BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
I'm never at Epcot early enough to know, but how do they handle WS now in the a.m? Is there a point at which you're not allowed past until 11am?
GaDawgFan.....Kelly 799
I'm curious about that too. They usually don't open WS that early AND if they let people go to France, how would they know to do so?
mouseketab.....Carol 1,261
France is the first country after the WS entrance bridge, so I'm guessing they will just move the entrance rope back past France.

DaveInTN 3,247
Your "interesting tidbit" is good to know for people dragging kids through Disney World. It sometimes is the only thing getting you through the day. And the food looks darn good too! Everything except for that Salad Nicoise. I HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE Salad Nicoise. Seriously, HATE! BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
I HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE Salad Nicoise. Seriously, HATE!So.... how do you really feel?I'm not a fan of the "throw a can of tuna on top version."But I had the Salad Nicoise for lunch at BOG. Their version included slices of actual tuna, cooked perfectly (seared on the outside and rare inside) and it was DELICIOUS!
