DaveInTN 3,247
I can't really blame Disney. If he has developed a following, there would likely end up being copycat explorers. And there are too many liability issues. Someone would get hurt and sue Disney. They had to make an example of him I guess.
BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
Assuming he's not completely full of it, it's pretty hilarious that he actually thought he was just going to get a slap on the wrist.Question is... how long before Doofus McDingleberry is trying to sneak into WDW in various disguises...and posting THAT to YouTube?? Lou... 3,118
What a Jackass. In that video he says that he's at FW just outside Disney World. As a self proclaimed WDW expert, shouldn't he know that the Fort is inside Walt Disney World.

AuburnJen 777
As a train buff, I find his video to be quite lacking. If you are going to do a behind the scenes video, at least know what you are talking about. Geez

BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
Here's a blast from the past. I happened to run across an article saying that Disney just lifted their lifetime ban on "Adam the Woo" just a few weeks ago. I don't know how reliable this source is - the article seems very focused on Disney "running amuck with power" - and I found it because they've hopped on the Meth Lab guy bandwagon, so take all this with a grain of salt... David Adam William, who is commonly known to his fans on YouTube as "Adam the Woo," was a self-proclaimed Disney "urban explorer" who actually trespassed onto many unauthorized areas backstage at the Walt Disney World theme parks, jeopardizing not only his own safety but also the safety of others, for the sake of his YouTube channel. He was so bold that he was even featured on the local news in Florida, along with fellow Disney urban exploring trespassers Leonard Kinsey (author of the book Dark Side of Disney) and Nomeus, for exploring strictly off-limit areas of the Walt Disney World Resort, such as the Utilidors and abandoned Disney theme parks such as River Country, Pleasure Island, and Discovery Island. Exploring strictly off-limit areas of Disney theme parks to guests and documenting these exploits on video have become a growing problem at Disney theme parks, becoming an international subculture among many renegade Disney fans, but it is also very dangerous and should not be encouraged by park officials. People have been killed trying to get into the off-limit areas of Disney theme parks or accessing the parks after hours in the past, so there is a legitimate concern to stop guests from trespassing onto areas that are strictly off-limit to guests, besides the fact that this is also considered "bad show." Due to the egregious nature of his misconduct at Disney World which he caught on video for his YouTube channel, Adam the Woo was banned for life from Walt Disney World on January 8, 2013. Reports state that Disney security even took Williams' fingerprints before showing him the door, which indicate that Disney seems to be exercising powers that they really don't have to impose on their guests. Adam became desperate because the lifetime ban could have meant the death of his YouTube channel, so he moved out to California, rented a tiny house in the gang-riddled area not far from Disneyland in Anaheim, and started vlogging a great deal of his time from Disneyland instead. When Disneyland security found out he had moved out to California, they became so paranoid of his presence inside the Disneyland theme parks that they secretly put him under surveillance—even when he was not at the park—which again sound incredibly out-of-control and over-the-top on Disney's part. Anyway, even in Adam the Woo's case, the lifetime ban didn't last. A few weeks ago, Disney allowed Adam back to Walt Disney World because they missed the money and free publicity Adam had given them, proving once again, no one is ever really banned for life at Disney theme parks. http://disneyhub.blogspot.com/2015/09/running-amuck-with-power-disney-sics.html?m=
