canadianfockerfiend Trevor 1 Posted February 18, 2011 Report Share Posted February 18, 2011 Newfie Rice Recipe2 cups of min rice brown lightly with beef bovril.(pre cook)1 package of BACON cut up into small peices (precook)2 scrambled eggs (precook)Put all the above into a big frying pan or skillet with1 chopped up green pepper 2 chopped up celery stocks2 chopped up green onions 1 chopped up medium sized cooking onion or red onion 6 shakes of worchester sausea couple of shakes of garlica few shakes of salt and pepper. Once mixed in keep on low stiring occasionly but keep lid on so veggies get soft. It serves 6 as a meal or as a side with 8 if you add a peice of chicken or pork chop.
