Corn is a New-World crop, so it only makes sense on Main Street, Liberty Square and Frontierland... well that's half the park, that's not much help! Your thought process is very good, but that is not fresh produce. The rock isn't the only thing faux. The corn is too. And read my response to Gwen below about the age of the faux stone. That photo is from just a couple of weeks ago, and I can't say that I remembered seeing corn there before, but it's there now. So, you need a clue.
