fotofx....Steve 34
When we go we are pulling the 26' TT with my truck. We also have 2 other family members driving up that will be registered as guests (4 of us total) They have a small Hyundai. We have reserved a premium site. Will we be able to park the additional vehicle at our site?
wak648...Bill 94
I think the general rule is as long as it fits on the concrete of the site it is no problem. Just dont bend a blade of grass with a tire or the Fort Rangers will make you public enemy number 1.
BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
Published rules say one vehicle per site, all others to overflow, but what Bill said is what they're actually telling people these days and what seems to be the rule du jour.
fotofx....Steve 34
Thanks.. I am guessing the premium sites should be big enough. Need to fit a golf cart too.
GaDawgFan.....Kelly 799
We were in 1414 (a premium) in April and had friends visit one day. At that point, we had a 35 ft. motorhome, a minivan, and a golf cart without a problem.
AuburnJen 777
the last several times I have been there, we have been told "If it fits on the pavement, we are ok with it. If it doesn't, it needs to go to the overflow lot."It works for me.
BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
We were in 300 preferred last year - not as spacious as most premium sites - and we squeezed in a 33' TT with 2 slides, a big honkin' Ford Excursion and a golf cart.Of course you needed mountain climbing equipment to get in and out of the barricade at the front of the site, but hey, it fit!! Oops... just noticed that 2 GC tires were off the pavement. I guess we're darned lucky we didn't end up in Disney jail! :rofl2:
fotofx....Steve 34
Guessing the premiums are a bit bigger then that.. Or at least hoping..
BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
I would say most of them definitely are. The 300 loop has trees in wonky spots all over the place. Most of the premium sites seem to have a wider paved area in addition to being fully paved all the way to the back (preferred/full still have a coquina pad in the back)Oh and I forgot to mention...Our TT is not all the way to the back of the site. We pulled it forward enough to fit the dogs' 9x12 pen in the back... and make sure the slide squeezed in between the utility box/stump. If we were back another 10 feet there would have been more than enough room for everything plus walking space.
