Camp4FunFamily 0
We leave for the Fort tomorrow. YEAH! Everyone is very excited. :jumpforjoyMy middle daughter decided just today that she would like a starter pin trading set andlanyard so she can trade Disney pins with cast members and other parkguests.Does anyone know if these are sold in the trading posts at Fort Wilderness? I have seen them for sale online, but we don't have time to order one now. Thanks!
DaveInTN 3,247
Last I knew you could get a starter kit at the TP's. If not, DTD has a big pin trading station with them, as do the parks. But I'm pretty sure you can get one at the trading post.
mouseketab.....Carol 1,261
Disney will NOT turn down an opportunity to sell pins.... They have the starter kits at the trading post(s)!
Retired & Tired (Judy) 90
Yep, they sure do have them. But since she wants to start collecting and wants some to trade....when you have time, check out e-bay (I know a sore subject for some of you) as they often have really cheap pins. This way she can get some of the cheaper ones to trade for the better ones at the parks. I did that for myself and some of the grandkids. My pin case is over flowing now. When I purchase the AP special pins, they offer a surprise pin really cheap (at the parks). I get that one to trade too. Good Luck and enjoy trading. :thewave1:

bord1niowa......Curt 79
If you check craigslist in Orlando there are pin traders that sell them locally and will even deliver to DTD or nearby. A lot cheaper than buying full price.
