Frequent Dining Program at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin

Frequent diners at select Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin restaurants can begin earning Loyalty Points on their very first visit! Points accumulate with every purchase and are stored automatically on your Dining Passport. When enough points are accumulated, they can be redeemed for exclusive dining experiences, gift certificates and more.

The participating restaurants are: - Todd English's bluezoo, Shula's Steakhouse, Kimonos, and Il Mulino.

Simply stop by a participating restaurant to obtain a card. Go online to register your card and access your account!

Point rewards begin at 250 points with a $20 Resort Dining Gift Certificate.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Dining Loyalty Points are available on qualifying purchases at all participating Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin restaurants (including Todd English’s bluezoo, Shula’s Steak House, IlMulino New York Trattoria and Kimonos). You must present your Dining Passport at the time of purchase to receive your points. The Dining Passport CAN be used in conjunction with a coupon or special offer, but you will only earn points on actual dollars spent.
   
2. No purchase is necessary to get a Dining Passport.
   
3. You will be awarded 1 base point for every $1 purchased. Points will not be issued for tax or tip. You will receive a receipt after every purchase which will serve as a confirmation that your points were credited to your account. To qualify for points on a catered event or banquet function, you must be a Dining Passport holder prior to booking the event. Points will not to be issued for room rental or service charges and there is a limit of 5,000 points per event. The cardholder must be the individual paying for the event.
   
4. Points may be earned only by the Dining Passport holder who pays the check. Points will not be issued for the purchase of gift cards but if the recipient is a Dining Passport holder, points will be issued upon the gift card redemption.
   
5. Your points will be credited to your account within 24 hours. You will be able to check your balance on line at www.swandolphinrestaurants.com/loyalty.
   
6. The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to terminate the Dining Loyalty Card program, and to alter, limit, modify or add to the Dining Passport rules, regulation, terms and conditions, including but not limited to imposing time limits and changes in point values, rewards and reward levels, all without prior notice, at any time.
   
7. Except where required by law or provided for in the program rules the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Dining Loyalty points have no cash value. Points are surrendered for award redemption only.
   
8. The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and/or void all or a portion of a member’s point balance if the points have been issued, received or redeemed through computer error, fraud or theft, through illegal means or in a manner not authorized in the Official Rules & Conditions or in other legal or equitable remedy which may be available for the Walt Disney World Swan and Dining Passport program under applicable law.
   
9. We occasionally send e-mail to Dining Passport holders with discount offers and information about our Dining Passport reward program. We will never share or sell our list of Dining Passport Members.
   
10. Dining Passports unused for over 1 year are automatically cancelled. All points and rewards balances will be forfeited.
