Momof6....aka Marty 769
I am trying to talk a friend of mine into camping at FW when she travels with extended family to Venice, FL in December. She is all for it, but is trying to come up with info that will persaude her husband. She mentions that he likes to fish, but not at places that are "stocked". Does WDW stock the canals and ponds at FW?
mouseketab.....Carol 1,261
I think they were stocked many, many years ago, but since it has been purely catch and release for 40+ years those same fish have been breeding and multiplying for 40+ years.

TnBob 311
I know I have hooked the same fish more than once, even the ones that got away. I have taken more than one hook out more than once. Its not a big sportsman thing to fish in the canals and lakes but is is relaxing and sometimes exciting. If someone is looking for the big time experience they have the excursions which aren't cheap or I would Google fishing in the Orlando area and see what I find.
