You can clearly see how the new walkways will connect Liberty Square by the Haunted Mansion to Fantasyland, and the area to the far right that is expected to be home to the new Fantasyland restrooms and a Tangled themed meet and greet area.As always, click on the thumbnail to view the full size image.Copyright 2012 by Scott Keating http://www.wdwmagic.com/Attractions/Fantasyland/News/13Apr2012-PHOTO---Overhead-view-of-the-new-Fantasyland-to-Liberty-Square-walkway.htm

There has been very little information about what is going on over here. I wonder what the finished product will look like? It would seem weird to have walkways on both sides of that little shop there at the HM exit. Maybe they will close off the walkway under the Columbia Harbour House and fill it in with another gift shop?TCD

There must be atleast one gift shop for every ride (preferably where you have to walk through the gift shop upon exit of the ride).

If they fill in the area under Columbia Harbour House with a gift shop, then folks looking for a short-cut may walk through there instead of having to walk around to the new walkway. It's a beancounter's dream! Another place to market the same stuff that they have for sale in every other MK gift shop! Ka-Ching!TCD
DoctorDalek 7
it looks odd if they keep the walkway and adjacent building it just kinda looks out of place... originally it was so they can relocate the bathroom and extend/revamp the the pans flight cue into an interactive cue like poohs.. any word on whether or not they are still doing pan over? since they are saying they are movie tangled meet and greet.. (cause the world needs more meet and greet areas..)
BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
It's funny because one of the most popular attractions (Haunted Mansion) is also one of the few biggies without a real gift shop! Leota's cart just outside the exit isn't quite a "shop" - although they do occasionally have unique HM stuff you can't find elsewhere.
