BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
From WDW Magic. I can't recall the last time I saw night time AK hours, never mind until 9pm+!Record operating hours for Disney's Animal Kingdom for April 2012?Mar 21, 2012It looks as though the first week of April is going to be especially busy this year, with the parks piling on the hours to handle the crowds. Disney's Animal Kingdom is offering some days with park hours of 8am through to 9pm (excluding EMH), which from a quick check in the WDWMAGIC archives, appears to be a record for regular operating hours at the park. BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
And when the stars align and Easter week that falls near Spring Break - we're talking Christmas week crowd levels! (EEK)Last time it happened there were more than a few capacity closures at the parks.

(EEK)Last time it happened there were more than a few capacity closures at the parks. In reality, there isn't a whole lot of difference from the first week of Spring Break until Easter week anyway. Maybe one point variance on the crowd level scale. From March 10th, it's been very, very busy. People still coming to the parks at noon. All three Ferry boats in use at MK.When I pull into the CM parking lot in the morning at MK, I have to wait for people to go by me. The trams are so full that people are bypassing them and walking from the parking lots to TTC, and that's a long walk.

mouseketab.....Carol 1,261
You know, until I really started going to the Fort regularly, we would avoid the busy times of year at Disney, BUT with our Fort trips, we're up for ANY time we can get down there. We just adjust our trip to go with the flow. If the parks are too crowded, we do something else. I used to say NEVER to times like NYE or 4th of July, but I've now been there for both of those times and had a BLAST!! (We didn't go in the parks.)
