mouseketab.....Carol 1,261
Love the topiaries! You need to talk the Owner's Locker guy into doing his Adventures of the Purple Van thread here like he used to do at the other place. I always enjoyed seeing pictures from the other resorts. We did discuss that topic, and as I had thought, and confirmed with John, it was the Disney lawyers that made him stop. He is now in an official marketing relationship with DVC, and the Adventures of the Purple Van had to be shut down.
MicknMin...Holly 54
We did discuss that topic, and as I had thought, and confirmed with John, it was the Disney lawyers that made him stop. He is now in an official marketing relationship with DVC, and the Adventures of the Purple Van had to be shut down. That makes sense. When we were at WDW back in February, we went to the DVC member get-together that they hold on Wednesdays. John was there and one of the prizes was a "locker" to use for a year. I was going to mention FF.net to him, but DH was in a hurry to go back to the room.

Tri-Circle-D 2,059
The giant group in 1500 set up a day before we left. They all had matching tshirts and hundreds of non-supervised kids who broke some tree branches and screamed all the time.Sorry about the "group" I'm surprised they didn't put them over in 2000.This stinks. I could not get into the 1500 loop for Thanksgiving week because they had half of it reserved for a group which showed up on Thursday and stayed through the weekend. They shouldn't put groups on the 1500 loop- there is much more space for that on the 2000 loop. They used to never put large groups on 1500. There must have been some recent change in policy. I don't like it.Thanks so much!!! I LOVE the way this camera does at night. I have never had any luck at all until this trip.Carol- it is neat to see how your photos are becoming better and better. You are really starting to get the hang of your camera- some of those night shots are amazing!TCD
