MandMandMandMandM 31
When we store our camper we remove the battery to keep people from stealing it. Recently we pulled the camper out to prep it and my hubby installed the battery backwards. Of course he blew almost every fuse!! All is fine except for the lovely stereo system. To remove the system to look for fuses (is this even what we are looking for?) the instructions call for you to use the special key to release the locking mechanism. Well we never received a key. I called the place we purchased the camper from and the repair department said they have no keys. By chance do any fiends have a Jensen stereo system in their RV? Ours is model MSR-3007. We will be at the Halloween GG & would love to use the stereo if any of you happen to have a key:)
SCTigerCock 171
Have you contacted a local stereo shop, they probably have one and may let you borrow it.
Total Joker ... TJ 203
Can you get to the back side of the radio? There is usually a inline fuse on the hot wire. And as Genia said, you could go by any place that installs car stereo's and get them to look at it!
MandMandMandMandM 31
Haven't been to car stereo place yet, but that's a good idea. No, can't get to the back of it.
