fishngjb 2
Thanks, but we have decided to stay in the Orlando area until we can get back into FW on the 8th of Jan. We will be at the FW from Dec. 2 to Dec 25 when they had no room for us to stay longer. Lot opens up on the 8th and since we have annual passes we are going to stay at the Tropical Palms in Kissimmee for 2 weeks. We will have an auto and GC with us so we can still go over to DW as we like. I understand this CG has a lot to offer and looks promising. We wanted to be in Fla for the big RV show in Tampa before returning to Carolina. Thanks for the advice-so many helpful suggestions from you all.
Starbuc71 162
My Father in law has stayed at Sun-n-fun and they liked it. The problem we have with many Florida privately owned campgrounds like sun-in-fun is that alot of them have many "permanate" residents and the majority of them are seniors. Belive me, there is nothing wrong with that type of park at all or seniors in general, but with a 3yo and a 5yo, we don't fit in well at the pools or the campgrounds in general. We also hate, did I say hate, non-wooded or empty field sites. Thier are alot of those type in FL. I guess that's what makes the fort so special.
