Day 4 Well, it seems like only months ago we were on day 3. Oh wait! It was months ago. Thank you to everyone for your patience in waiting so long to see how this trip turns out. As many of you kn

I didn't get any pictures of Brevor (since it seems so serious, they deserve a "Brangelina" type name) We will have to fix that this year. Maybe we could get them to wear matching shirts like ever oth

I agree that Lisa is a special women, but I was the lucky one to have her and Bruce get on my bus. It just doesn't happen. I think the odds are about 1 in 6000. It's extremely rare to pick up a Fiend.

Sorry everyone! I am working on the next installment right now. I feel really bad keeping everyone hanging. I hope I can still remember what we did... ;)

I'd say I would remind you but except for the drinking, talking and laughing I don't remember anything :rofl2:

Are We Still on Day 3? – Doggie Park and Epcot

So where were we before life interrupted? Oh, that’s right we were on day 3. We just left Animal Kingdom and we were headed back to the campground. When we got back, the pups were so happy to see us. We felt bad, so we decided to spend some quality time with them at the dog park.

It’s a bird… It’s a plane… It’s Super Tessy!!!

Tessy loved the dog park. Fudge… not so much. His idea of a good time is sitting on my lap and sleeping. Needless to say, Tessy made several return trips to the dog park and Fudge stayed back at the camper with me.

We hung out for a while at the camper and then decided to head off to Epcot for a couple of hours. When we got there, we headed for the World Showcase and made our first stop in Canada. Bruce impressed the beer vendor with his knowledge of Canadian when he said “I’ll take a Blue, eh”. The guy asked if we were from Canada, to which I replied “Almost. We’re from Minn-e-soh-tah. That makes us almost neighbors, dontcha know?” I think we made the poor guy homesick, because he looked like he was tearing up. Well… maybe not. But we did pass briefly for Canadians.

Once Bruce got his beer, we paused for this lovely photo. I can’t remember why, but for some reason I was trying really hard not to laugh. As you can see, I was unsuccessful.

After Canada, we headed off for some fish & chips in Jolly Old England. I want my next house to look like this (without the “restrooms” sign, of course).

Actually, I have always had a thing for knot gardens. I think they are really cool, especially if you have somewhere to look down at them from up above.

Then we had some fun with the phone box. Here is the official “Lisa Wave” that Stef was talking about in her trip report.

Bruce was trying to get into his Superman garb when I caught him red handed in this photo…

We finished horsing around in the phone box and got our fish and chips. I thought that we had a photo of the food, but for the life of me, I can’t find it. Sorry, Dave!

After filling our tummies, we went to France. I had heard great things about the grey goose slushie, so I just had to have one. While it did the trick, I couldn’t shake the fact that it tasted kind of like baby aspirin, so I can’t say that it was something I would go out of my way for again.

Now our tummies were full and my head was kind of foggy (yes, I can be a one drink wonder…) so we wandered around the showcase waiting for Illuminations.

It got dark quick…

We decided to find a place to park our tushes. So did everyone else…

We didn’t get any good pictures of the fireworks, so I won’t bore you with the bad ones. When Illuminations was done, we made our way back to the campground and called it a night.

Up Next… Back to Epcot!

Awesome update Lisa!! You should have tried the Grand Marnier slushy, that's my favorite!!

I think that is the one that I had. Is that the orange one?

So what you are saying is, Bruce is Super Tessy's sidekick :rofl2: Florida_2011_Day03_21.JPG

Great update, Lisa!

Actually, I just wanted to fit that picture in somehow... The expression on his face is just priceless! :rofl2:

First off, I"m glad that you are back with us! :jumpforjoy

You know these youngsters won't even know what a "baby aspirin" taste is. I tell my son all the time that I don't like many orange products because they taste like baby aspirins!

I love the photo across the water when it was "getting dark."

You make me wait a week for the next update and then you forget a pic of your fish n chips??? :banghead:

I'll forgive you though cause you're so darn nice, and because you brought me Steak flavored chips! :jumpforjoy ....which I haven't opened yet. I'm waiting to go camping so I can enjoy them with a beer under my awning.

In any case, glad you are back to posting. Carry on....

I'm glad I'm not alone. I like real orange, just not the fake stuff. I like that pic too.

You have more willpower than I do. There is no such thing as an unopened bag of chips at our house.

Cheeseburger chips sound good too. Actually one of my faves is dill pickle flavored chips!

We'll be getting to that part soon. I'm not sure how much there will be to say though, because of our super duper vow of secrecy. What happens at the fort...

;)

Love the update! Love the "official Lisa wave"! Love the phone booth pics!

oh yeah, and I love the flavor of baby aspirins. :))

Looking forward to the rest provided you can remember it all. Dig deep Lisa, you can do it, you can remember. ;)

Those who know us, know that we will do anything for a laugh.

And I can dig it out of there somewhere... I have a memory like a really small elephant. :rofl2:
