BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023 Posted August 18, 2011 Report Share Posted August 18, 2011 From The Epcot Explorer's Encyclopedia...Disney files for Spaceship Earth electrical upgrades Posted on August 16, 2011 by admin Disney put two notices in with the county today for electrical work on the “geodesic dome” otherwise known as Spaceship Earth at Epcot. The first notice is pretty standard and comes from ERMCO, one of Disney’s many in-house electrical contractors. The second is more interesting – it comes from Elite A/V Systems. That particular contractor – specialty unknown – popped up during Spaceship Earth’s last renovation. Whatever they’re doing, we’ll have answers soon. The notices expire October 31, 2011.
