bigdisneydaddy 9
I need some info from a previous cruiser. Do the rooms on the ship have their own climate control similar to the resort rooms ? Up here in the North we like it cool, just curious. Thanks
doodlebug....Cherie 461
Yes they do. Having said that some work better than others, and on some ships that I have been on if you leave your balcony door open the thermostat senses and shuts the a/c off. I have started bringing a small fan with (tabletop size) me.

Outlets are almost non-existent and only available in the vanity area of the cabin.

bigdisneydaddy 9
what is the climate like in September ? is it going to be really hot ?
doodlebug....Cherie 461
I went on one cruise the last weekend of august. It was hot but there is always windy on deck so you don't notice it as much. Nassau was pretty hot the day we were there though.

MandMandMandMandM 31
you do always have a breeze onboard. Nassau is only 90 miles from south Florida, so it'll be hot. Look at the weather for Fort Lauderdale & it will be the same.
