HillBillyWhisperer 20
Probably our most favorite along with Sanaa and then Artists Point at Wilderness Lodge. We generally go to JIKO at least once a year and have never had a bad meal. Our favorites are the Melt In Your Mouth Lamb and the Monk Fish. Everything from the appetizers to the deserts are great. You can also take a TOUR of some sort through the Safari and it includes dinner and I believe you get to sample just about everything on the menu. The Chef's come out with the samplings to the table and explain it's origin, what's in it etc... Pretty cool. We want to try this on our next visit.
shoreline99 137
I agree with your comments about Jiko, but i give Boma the edge just slightly as the buffet at Boma lets you try a wider variety of indigenous food. Loved the flatbread and the desserts!
thecplusplusguy 7
Jiko rocks. Except they made me take my hat off last year. :) Dan
