It was originally 47 sq. miles, but as Tri B's post shows, it's now 39 because the town of Celebration is no longer Disney owned.Also Disney doesn’t pay for their Coke produces it is a 100% profit for themThis an urban legend that is probably true. Disney is very secretive when comes to releasing figures and specifics regarding business dealings. The basis for this story may stem from the fact that it's common practice for the major soft drink companies to supply the syrup for free, but charge for equipment, cups, and, or, stipulate conditions for the sale of their products. So while Disney and other large clients may be getting the Coke syrup for free, they're paying or providing something in return to Coke.The 100% profit figure might be low, but it does cost Disney something to provide the soft drinks to guests.
