Lou... 3,118
A temporary construction wall will go up around the site of the former Fantasyland Skyway building this week. It's the beginning of a long-term project to clear the area and prepare it for future use. Hmm, what's going on?
BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
Personally, I hope they find a way to repurpose it vs just tearing it down.
CCIntrigue...aka Gwen 547
I love this building and sure hope they don't tear it down!!!
beccaewert 10
I always wanted to go up there, but didn't think it was open to the public....what do you think they can make use of it for? does it connect to somewhere by the haunted mansion, or does it connect around the house of presidents? just curious how much room is up there? I didn't know then it was slated to come down. But they tore the other end down, and I figured it was just a matter of time. Always sad to see the old go, but has to be done. ftwildernessguy 778
That was a great attraction back in the day. I took some really neat pictures from up there, but I have no idea where they are now. It was also a neat way to get from one end of the park to the other.

You can't ask for better magic and pixie dust than that :fairydust:If it stopped mid-ride with me and the DW and we had enough to drink, there might be fireworks also.Wait, you weren't talking about those fireworks were you? Nevermind.
