Went on the Skyliner from EPCOT to HS and survived!
lt wasn’t too hot today so it was a pleasant ride.  It did stop briefly, not sure why since they have cars that are stationary on a siding for people with mobility issues so they shouldn’t have to stop the line.

Unless they need to stop it to insert these cars?

If you watch the loading/unloading process long enough, you'll see that all it takes is one group fumbling around with strollers, kids, or whatever, and they have to stop the whole line. Hopefully that will get better as guests learn what they need to do. But I doubt it.

They need to have a holding area for them. Like a waiting pen where they have to comply and get their act together and crap folded etc and then let them in line.

Yes.  It's always amazing how parents will stand around talking (or staring at their phones) and then act surprised when a boat, monorail or bus arrives and they realize that they need to empty out their huge house of a stroller, to fold it up.... holding up an entire line of people.   Sigh.

Yep.  But would they (Disney) ever really enforce it?
