If you haven't seen this,  prepare yourself as its vulgar and disturbing that some people have no respect for family let alone others around them.

My issue with it is that it took Disney nearly 5 minutes to respond other than a custodian who happened to be in the area.  They should have been on this within 30 seconds, especially with all the money generated by the parks, there should be enough funds to have plain clothes security all over.

Ridiculous.

Another article said these were all members of the same family!

Yes they are.

He punches the girls straight in the face. No one comes to help for 5 minutes.  I don't care if they were in the farthest reaches of the parks, there should be way more security.

Watched again.

Do you think they are trying to do some kind of set up to sue Disney?

The whole bunch of them should have had an escort off property.

The report I read said the family was escorted out of the park and told to leave.  I can't imagine for what charges they could sue Disney.  Park Security turned them over to Anaheim police, who initially didn't arrest anyone because no one wanted to press charges.  Now that the police have seen the video, they are reviewing whether or not they can bring charges based on that.  I hope they do.  I'd think: 'Disturbing the peace, assault and creating a public nuisance' could apply.

At the least.

Since the fight occurred, we have learned that all of the people involved were members of the same family, and even though there is video proof of the altercation, those involved are denying that the fight happened. This week, the Anaheim police presented the case to the Orange County District Attorney’s office for review and prosecution.

...According to Fox5 San Diego, a spokesman for the Anaheim city attorney’s office shared that decision on whether to file charges in the case will come after police finish their investigation.

Good question

They've issued lifetime bans on others in the past - like the guy that swam out to Discovery Island - but no idea how they actually enforce it. My guess is if you buy your tickets online, keep a low profile and behave yourself, you may be able to get in.  But then... what are the odds these folks will be good about behaving themselves??

There are so many ways to get in the parks, how do they enforce the ban?

I'll bet that there are Facial Recognition cameras near the entrances and we jut don't see them.  Disney security is probably more prevalent than most of us realize.
