Consistent with the retail industry and other Disney entities (i.e., Disney Cruise Line, Disney Online, Disneyland Paris, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, etc.), the WDPR policy includes a 30 day time period to make a merchandise return or exchange. This time period enables all receipted returns and exchanges to be recognized by the point-of-sale (POS) system.Stores will continue to issue Disney merchandise credit for any return without a receipt; however, on May 2, 2011 stores will introduce and utilize a new domestic Disney Parks Merchandise Credit (green color) for all returns without a receipt.Annual Pass Holder, Disney Vacation Club, Cast Member, and Employee discounts will not be applicable with the use of the Disney Parks Merchandise Credit. Terms and conditions for the Disney Park Merchandise Credit are printed on the back of each card or available at DisneyTerms.com/DisneyParksMerchandiseCredit.
