Oct. 21, 2018 – Until further notice Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park Closed for Refurbishment January 6, 2019 – March 16, 2019 Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park None Disney’s Art of Animation Resort Big Blue Pool The Big Blue Pool is scheduled to be closed for refurbishment. During this time, other pool and recreation offerings will remain open-including Flippin’ Fins Pool, Cozy Cone Pool and the Schoolyard Sprayground. Noise may be heard while this work is being completed, but noise should not be heard from Guest rooms between dusk and 9:00 AM. Mid-September 2020 – Mid-December 2020 Disney Skyliner We have embarked on creating a new transportation system, Disney Skyliner, which will give Guests a bird’s-eye view of Walt Disney World Resort while traveling via gondolas.
