DinDavie 37 Posted September 12, 2018 Report Share Posted September 12, 2018 When reviewing our fast passes and reservations for the next few months we found that nothing was listed in the Disney App. Other Boards are reporting that the Disney app is down and the wait time to talk to someone at Disney was 2 hours. We could not see our schedule but my daughter could on her phone. We eventually found that turning off the app and then turning the app back on the restored the information. I hope this is helpful.
