Tuesday 10/30 Cart Parade is 5:30 to 6:30 winners announced at the Beach Bash Site Decorating Pumpkin Decorating drop off 2 to 5, voting 5 to 7:30 awards at Beach Bash Beach Bash 7:00 to 11:00.
