Campingdad 3
Hey all we are looking to make a February run for the fort. But im unable to find anything scuttlebutt wise on refurbishments. Has anyone heard anything yet? I know the locals are saying its cold, but 70's during the day is warm to us then and 50's at night is good sleeping weather. Thus leaving the only thing keeping me from dropping the hammer is closure of rides. How many and which ones. Thanks all Happy Camping!!!!
Katman1356...Jason 1,140
According to the current Disney TA refurb calendar nothing is showing on it for any park in 2019. Will things get added, probably. Then tend to do refurbs in the "slower season". Often Splash is down for maintenance and one of the water parks. Beyond that I think it is too early to tell. DaveInTN 3,247
My sources tell me that 20,000k leagues, the Skyway, and Mr Toad will definitely be down then. jruddell, Campingdad and BradyBzLyn...Mo 1
BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
How early in February? If it's the first couple of weeks you might hit the tail end of the typical winter refurbs, but once President's weekend hits and peak season starts, most regularly refurbs should be finished up. Oh and totally agree that coming from NH, those temps are pretty perfect. It can get a good bit chillier in Feb, and good to be prepared for just about anything, but even if it gets very cold, it usually doesn't last too long. A year ago we tented in Feb and went from sleeping bags and the heater on the first night, to a sheet and the fan 2 nights later. 🙂

Possible you hit the very tail end of some of the longer refurbs, but in general they should be wrapping everything up to have it ready to go for peak season, which usually starts Pres. Day weekend.
