shaffecv 12
Staying at The Fort the week after Thanksgiving this year. Our oldest (22) and his girlfriend might fly in for a few days. He would like to stay in a tent on our site if they join us. We've had some chilly nights that week in years past. What are all you tenters using as a safe heat source? AuburnJen 777
I use this from Honeywell. It has served well in the popup and in my regular tent. I have disconnected the propane in my popup and this thing works so well.

keith_h 420
We use to camp the Sierra Mountains in the fall in a tent where nighttime temps would drop into the high 30's and daytime were 50's - 60's . We used good goose down sleeping bags and jackets as it always warmed up within a couple of hours of sunup anyway.
