You can explore the shops, restaurants, lounges, movie night, some resorts have storytelling, all resorts have playgrounds of some sort. Lots of photo opportunities. Animal Kingdom Lodge has great places to view the animals. All the MK Resorts have beaches to see the water pageant, you can see Epcot and Studios fireworks from the Epcot resorts.
