mouseketab.....Carol 1,261
We are up to 50 today!! Good thing as all the rain we had yesterday would be a sheet of ice with the temperatures over the weekend
Travisma 1,317
It's currently 73 in Tampa with clearing skies. It had rained overnight and was cloudy until around 11. High of 75 and low of 62 predicted. Looks like we survived another winter!
keith_h 420
Backup into the 50's here as well and it looks like we might make into the 60's. No flip-flops until I am done working on the trailer but that is for a different thread.

mouseketab.....Carol 1,261
I enjoyed about an hour on the back porch this evening with the fireplace and the TV. Don't think I'll get to much this weekend.

Don't think I'll get to much this weekend. Nope, probably not. It was 70 when I left work yesterday. And now it's into the 20's and the rain has transitioned to ice. I stepped out onto the front porch this morning to get rid of my morning gift of mouse parts (one of the barn cats shares her breakfast with me most mornings) and almost slipped and fell off the porch. Glad I'm working at home today!
DaveInTN 3,247
As seen on I-440 in Nashville. And people say that Southerners don't know how to drive on ice. This took talent!!

keith_h 420
The picture DIT posted shows up for me at this time but the one in the quote doesn't. Strange. Some folks around here would say most southerners are smart enough to stay home when it's icy and it's those folks from up north who are the crazy ones to go out and tempt fate. Cortezcapt (Derek) 156
I don't see how it could have come from below, but either way that's some luck it landed there and upright. Although getting out would have been interesting.

keith_h 420
They just closed our school system for tomorrow. I don't know why they waited so long to do it as all the others closed a couple of hours ago.
DaveInTN 3,247
School closed again tomorrow. The kids haven't been there in a week. I got back to my office today, but please pray for INC. LOL.
keith_h 420
Same here on Thursday closure. I suspect our schools will be closed on Friday as well which means Rene will be here and able to go with me to pickup the new trailer. That's assuming we can get up the hill to get out of the neighborhood by then.
