I had a birthday cake prepared by Master Pastry Chef Erich Herbitschek (from Victoria & Albert's). Call (407) 827-2253 (I think), to have you own made. It was not cheap (around $65.00), but was worth every penny!You can have a cake done at any of the table service restaurants - just not as fancy (or as expensive). Ordered a Mickey head cake from the Boardwalk Bakery. It was very cute...and DD13 love it (it was for her birthday). I called 2 or 3 days ahead of time and it was ready for us when we wanted it. I ordered a cake for my son's birthday in 2008 at chef mickeys and it cost about $35.00 and we just loved it! I am thinking about ordering one for our first day there or maybe our last night so we have some for daytona!! It was white cake with chocolate mousse filling and a white chocolate buttercream frosting. I think I paid $35.00 at that time.Here is the best pic I have already uploaded of the cake we had at our wedding at the yacht club in 2007.
