BNR 0
Hello Fiends, Wife and I have opportunity to visit the Fort Sat., Nov. 4 this year. That's the weekend after Halloween. Will the campers still have most of decorations displayed? Thanks
Tri-Circle-D 2,059
Sorry, but no. By that time, some folks will have swapped over to Christmas decorations, but most sites won't be decorated at all. TCD
BNR 0
Oh shucks! Guess we'll have to schedule a future stay pre- Halloween. We've done the fort and parks at Christmas ( and 10 days this year start Nov. 26 !!!! can't wait!) , but in general how does Halloween compare to Christmas? does Disney decorate the parks for Halloween? As far as the parks are concerned, there is no comparison between Halloween and Christmas. The only park that gets any Halloween decorations is the MK. Nothing in the other parks. And, the Halloween decorations in the MK are only at the entrance and along Main Street. As far as the Fort is concerned, I personally feel that Halloween is more over the top than Christmas. The Halloween decorations are all from the Fort guests- except for a pumpkin patch at the Meadow Trading post, which is just some hay bales and pumpkins- everything else is provided by the guests. The uniqueness and creativity needs to be seen to be believed. TCD
