Travisma 1,317
Check this out http://www.greenmatters.com/living/2017/08/31/ZHQvPu/solar-rv This Solar-Powered RV Runs Without Fuel Or Charging Stations The cross-country road trip is as American as apple pie. Which is why it’s so ironic that the latest motorhome innovation comes from overseas in Germany, where a new, electric motorhome has been unveiled by RV company Dethleffs. This motorhome is built for the open road, with a sleek design and head-to-toe solar panels so you never have to worry about finding the next charging station. That's right: The open road is officially calling. Avatab.... Steve

keith_h 420
I wonder how long the solar panels will hold up to life on the road. They aren't typically designed with a lot of vibration in mind and then there are rocks thrown up by the vehicle in front of you. I also think it would kill the all nighter to get to your destination as soon as possible. Other than that is seems pretty cool.
h2odivers...Ray 952
PRetty neat. But is it practical? if you are camping within 100 miles of your home great. But if we took it from our home to WDW it would take 11 days.
