AuburnJen 777
This was an interesting read today: http://www.chipandco.com/273658-273658/ Is Disney Offering a Disney Gift Card for Declining Mousekeeping? Today, there have been unconfirmed reports circulating that if you stay at a value resort and decline “Mousekeeping” you will be offered a $40 Disney Gift Card in exchange. There are many details surrounding this rumor that we are unsure of at this time. We cannot confirm if this is only being offered at value resorts or all Disney resorts. We also are not sure if there is a minimum or maximum night stay involved either. It is a common practice these days for hotel chains to offer some sort of compensation for not taking advantage of housecleaning services. They promote this practice as a way of being environmental friendly but of course, it also leads to less of a need for human resources. We will keep you posted as soon as we hear anything confirmed by Disney. It was just this past March Disney was offering gift cards for staying at Caribbean Beach Resort during it’s extensive renovations. article credit: chipandco.com and Holly R.
