BRDof3...Rob 40
Somehow my oldest daughter and I turned a bowl of mashed potatos at dinner into memories of hitting E.E. at rope drop one morning last Spring. Now we're homesick and ready to go back.
WhitShores 1
That is a great ride!! Even if I kept my eyes closed and never saw the Yeti...
Rhonda (aka Roz) 7
LOL -- next time keep your eyes open!!! He's really cool! I think the special effects are some of Disney's best on EE.

BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
Clearly, because if you'd ever seen "him" you'd know Betty the Yeti was a "she"

ftwildernessrick 10
They really need to light up the Yeti better. You almost don't notice him.
campingdawgs 4
Love the pics! EE is my favorite ride - awesome theming and a fun ride. Dinosaur is too scary for me. I read Jurassic Park.
BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
If you look closely you can see the edge of the bird's wing...
ftwildernessguy 778
I was lucky enough to ride a few times when not only the eagle was flying, but the Yeti actually moved - not Disco Yeti like now!
BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
Ah the good ol' days!!On the plus side, at least in November the lighting on Betty was much improved - you could actually see her for a change.

stacktester 78
On our 1st trip in 04 to the fort my DD and I went to AK and when we were going to Tarzan Rocks we passed by a sign of EE and there wasn't much more than batter boards and dirt. We watched as they built it over the next 2 years. When we went in 06 they had a soft opening and we got to go on it. The girl told us it was the 1st day they were doing it and we were in the 3rd car of people going. Where is my pin that says I rode it first lol.
doodlebug....Cherie 461
Does anyone else miss Tarzan Rocks. I loved that show. :rofl2:doodlebug

I have to admit, I'm getting a bit older. The backwards ride gives my tummy a bit of a problem, and with the broke Yeti, just not worth the headache and upset tummy. ntsammy5 7
I love walking through the line and looking at all the detail - the ride is very tame IMO.
mouseketab.....Carol 1,261
That's the other think, I rarely see the line either cause I usually ride Single Rider
ftwildernessguy 778
The only time it got to me was when FWGirl and I got fastpasses before we got in the regular line. Riding twice in a row was a little much for us. Had to sit on a bench for a while.
