Group camping together

We have 5 full hookup sites for April.  What is the best way to get our sites together?  We are traveling with 3 cast members if that makes a difference.  Thanks in advance

You or your travel agent can call up and have them linked as a travel with. This lets the site assigner know you are all together. Also about 5-10 days before arrival you can send in a fax request listing all the reservation numbers and that you want to be near each other as you are all traveling as a group.

I'm in the same situation, however with only 2 families.

Jason, when you say call to link the reservations together, are you talking about the general reservations number:

407-939-5277

Or the Fort directly:

407-824-2900

General reservation line. Inform them you want to link the reservations as a Travel With. They should link them together and give you a number to reference in case of any issues with it. This doesnt guarantee being together but it does let the Fort know you are together so they can do their best to get you next to or at least near each other.
