AuburnJen 777
Choza Del Tequila Coming to Epcot in 2017, Margaritas & More http://wdwnt.com/blog/2016/12/choza-del-tequila-coming-epcot-2017-margaritas/ Aaaaaaaaah, Margaritas! Ole' Since the closure of the Mexico margarita stand at Epcot, guests have been wondering just when a suitable replacement would arrive. That suitable replacement will open in early 2017. Choza Del Tequila, located just steps away from the pavilion’s main entrance, will serve handcrafted and frozen margaritas and feature a well-stocked tequila bar. The outdoor location will also feature tacos, chips with salsa and guacamole, and more. Disney has yet to officially announce this project, but should soon. The QS in Mexico has always had at least a couple of margaritas on the menu (on the rocks, not frozen) and I noticed back in October that they upped their game. Instead of using the ok tequila (at $10), the 2 they have on the menu now use much better tequila (Avion and Patron) - and are a few bucks more. That said, they are delicious and if I'm going to drink tequila, I'd rather it be the decent stuff so that I don't end up with a migraine by the time I hit Morocco. BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
Veeeeeery interesting!! I guess we'll just have to wait and see what plays out, but it kind of sounds like *something* is in the works and La Cava knows about it but maybe can't say yet?
