For the last 2 days Walt Disney World and Aulani packages and bookings ahve been offline while Disney was doing some kind of updates. One of the changes is that if you have a reservation for WDW that is a package that confirmation number has now changed. The new number should be in your My Disney Experience account under reservations. Supposedly you can use either number calling in but so far the old number has not been working for agents at least. If you need to call I would grab the new number. Also if you keep records elsewhere you may want to update them to save discrepancies.
