Beckers 1,136
A FB group I belong to someone just posted this. The person was staying at pop and was charged $5 for the package they had shipped there. https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/guest-services/mail-services/
Tri-Circle-D 2,059
Smart move on Disney's part- especially for people who are shipping in food and drink instead of buying it on property. TCD

TCD The mouse always wins. it makes sense for them to do so, it's extra work handling everyone's amazon boxes and cases of water, etc.
DaveInTN 3,247
I like how it says the $5 charge "may apply". I wonder what the criteria are to determine whether you are charged?
Littleolwoman.aka.Kristie 119
On our last visit we had a Pro Pride hitch delivered to the Fort. It was supposed to have arrived at our home before we left but was delayed. We called the front desk at the Fort to warn them of the many AND heavy boxes due to arrive. We offered to be there to unload but they wouldn't hear of it. On delivery day we get a notice on the camper that there are many HEAVY boxes waiting for pick up. Each box must have weighed 50lbs each. We offered a tip for the inconvenience but again were turned down. We felt so bad for the CM who had to unload those boxes that day. AuburnJen 777
If there is a way for Disney to charge for something, they are going to do it. However, on the flip side, if there is a way around something, people who go to Disney are going to find a way to get around Disney to get there. So, honestly, I don't blame them.
